Hello Russ,

Thanks for reaching out on this.  We realize that this is a busy time and appreciate that scheduling is quite challenging.  When we were conducting the doodle poll, one of the shepherds had confirmed availability and another one indicated tentative availability. We proceeded based on that information, but of course we understand that plans may have changed.  Board members wanted to have an opportunity to have this conversation in July and are still committed to having this meeting as scheduled, as the next available time would not be until the end of August.

The call will be recorded and transcribed for full transparency and will be one of several in the near term to start substantive conversations toward addressing the various pending recommendations with helpful information from you and your SSR2 colleagues.

It is my understanding that all of the SSR2 Implementation Shepherds said that they could not make a meeting at this time.  There are many things going on this week, including IETF 111.
