As noted previously, ICANN org continues to work on the other categories of pending recommendations and we plan on sending you clarifying questions associated with the ‘pending/holding to seek clarity or further information’ recommendations next.

Thank you for providing responses to the first set of clarifying questions ICANN org shared with you in December 2021 pertaining to the set of pending SSR2 recommendations that were identified as “likely to be approved”. ICANN org is currently analyzing your responses and is working to move these recommendations towards Board action.

As noted previously, ICANN org worked on, and has now completed, developing clarifying questions for the set of pending recommendations the Board identified as “likely to be rejected”.  Attached, please find these questions for your consideration. We would appreciate your response by 18 March 2022. Should you be unable to send us your feedback by this date, kindly let us know in a timely manner.
