[ssr2-implementation-shepherds] Update on SSR2 recommendations

Dear All,

I would like to provide you with a quick update about SSR2 pending recommendations 5.4, 19.1 and 19.2.

Following the OEC motion on 14 April 2022 to recommend to the Board to take action on these SSR2 recommendations, during their meeting on 1 May the Board resolved to approve recommendation 5.4 and to reject recommendations 19.1 and 19.2. Minutes of the Board meeting will be posted in a timely manner.
