Dear Karen

Many thanks to you and the staff team for pulling these materials together.

To SSR2 team members - you will see that the staff and co-chairs have done
some initial thinking for Madrid based on team conversations, and staff
have done a great job in securing the attendance of key people from ICANN's
side to brief us.

In anticipation of tomorrow's call, perhaps each team member could think
about what you'd like to have achieved by the end of the Madrid meeting and
be prepared to speak to this on the call.

Thanks again,

Emily
