Below are the draft action items from SSR2 Plenary Call 10, Tuesday 9 May. Please advise any edits.

Per the ICANN Org action item, the PTI briefing slides that were presented during the call are attached. These are also posted to the Background Material<https://community.icann.org/display/SSR/Background+Materials> page of the wiki, along with links that were discussed.
