[Ssr2-review] Adobe Connect issues

Hi Staff,
As we seem to spend a lot of time dealing with adobe connect technical
issues...  I've recently brought up with GNSO staff about these issues and
announcements during our calls.  We don't have these issues on GNSO or
Business Constituency calls.  They said something is not set up right, we
should not be having these issues and to have you raise this up with the
help desk to have it fixed.  Can you please escalate our issues and give
updates on status?
