Hi Russ

Just one comment. The doodle allows more than one person to sign up for the same recommendation. For example the ones I volunteered for has two other persons who selected it. Not sure if staff can make the options that once selected the recommendation becomes unavailable. 

While I won’t be able to make the face 2 face I’ll work on putting comments in the table to facilitate discussion in Barcelona.
