Please add me to the RSP sub track too with Elaine.  

When the time comes, I would be happy to be considered to lead as a 
Co-Chair.   

This is a substantial change from the previous Round 2012 . Lots of 
implementation work to do in the next 12 months to make this accessible to 
all potential applicants.
