Dear All,

I am sorry for missing the past few meetings. Advanced apologies as I am likely to be as erratic in attending the meetings in the next few weeks as well.

I have been reading the documents with keen interest.

Please see the attachment.

This approach seems to be working well on my paper work to quantify. These can be improved.

Including a model like the one in the attachment may provide a clear and concise way of deliberating the very important aspects specified in the trace of this mail.
