Dear IRT Members,

Apologies for any confusion. We will be discussing the public comment details mentioned below in addition to the originally scheduled agenda items of the RZ-LGR and String Similarity, which will be presented by Sarmad.

Thank you,
Jared

Subject: [SubPro-IRT] First AGB Public Comment - Discussion for 23 January

Dear IRT Members,

At our call on Tuesday, 23 January 2024 (13:00-14:00 UTC), we will be discussing the details of the first round of public comment on draft sections of the AGB. Currently, we are targeting to initiate a public comment at the beginning of February on the following topics:

  *   Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Guidelines (based on the outputs from Topic 8 of the Final Report);
  *   Applicant Freedom of Expression (based on the outputs from Topic 10 of the Final Report);
  *   Universal Acceptance (based on the outputs from Topic 11 of the Final Report);
  *   Reserved (based on outputs from Topic 21 of the Final Report);
  *   Geographic Names (based on Work Track 5 Final Report to the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Policy Development Process Working Group);
  *   Predictability Framework (based on the outputs from Topic 2 of the Final Report);
  * Conflicts of Interest Process for Vendors and Subcontractors (based on the outputs from Topic 8 of the Final Report).

We are also currently reviewing whether any other draft sections discussed to date with the IRT may be ready to go in the next couple of weeks.

We will share more details/plans at our call on 23 January. We look forward to discussing with you then.

Best,
Jared
