<p class="MsoNormal">I raised the point of efficiency on the last call and appreciate your comments. Generally, I agree that the calls are useful to discuss the inputs raised in the draft language documents. However, based on recent consecutive calls, as well
as a few late-cancellations, there could be some quick improvements, including a queue of language revisions to be ready to feed into the IRT review process on demand. I agree that members should be familiar with the AGB and proposed revisions to help progress
efficiently, in fact, I think that has been the case regarding most recent language revisions - they were relatively straightforward and only needed 10-15 minutes of an hour’s scheduled call. We lost 45 minutes of participants’ valuable time that could have
moved on to the next topic. We have now also lost this week’s call, which is unfortunate.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks Lars. I was in the SPS meeting in DC last week on Nov 30 but reviewed the Zoom recording. Regarding efficiencies, I believe it is useful to review the new AGB language in the IRT meetings as it becomes available rather than relying
on email alone and input received to drafts in a format other than the meetings. The reason is that everyone should be familiar with the topics and the questions that were raised before the language goes out for public comment. We don't want to be getting
a bunch of public comment on issues that the full IRT has already considered and hopefully the live IRT sessions are the most effective method for addressing the questions raised in the Google doc and otherwise.<o:p></o:p></p>
