The draft still says (and I paraphrase) that "ICANN is organizationally prepared" to accept new applications. Was the suggested new language rejected by Org?<br></div><div><br></div><div>I'm not sure this language is actually consistent with the Sub Pro policy requiring specific criteria to be met in order to delay a subsequent round. I think I suggested "ICANN has not identified any significant barriers to accepting new applications" as a suggested compromise on a specific criterion.</div><div><br></div><div>I assume we will need to see what others in the IRT think about this.
