[SubPro-ODP] Initial & Overarching Assumptions | Subsequent Procedures Operational Design Phase

Hi Jeff,

As you are aware, the SubPro Project Team is currently working on drafting a full set of Assumptions and is prioritizing sharing them as they are ready, and an initial set of these Assumptions was shared during ICANN73. The Project Team recently selected a set of overarching assumptions to share with the Community (linked in this Thursday’s Community Digest) and are also attaching them to this document for your review. We have added an agenda item to get your feedback and discuss it further during tomorrow’s call.
