Here are my comments on slides presented at November 30 call.

p. 5 Terminologies:

Clearinghouse “registration”: okay with either "listing" or "records";

"Clearinghouse “registrant”: should avoiding using "registrants", other
than confusing with other registrants.

 p.6-7 Authorization

A TLD registry finalizes sunrise authorization.

“Authcode”: should first decide "code" per mark or "code" per trademark
owner;
Suggest: instead of simply issuing a unique code (or auth code), a code for
each qualified domain identical to TMs in the clearinghouse may be used in
Sunrise applications.

p.9-10 Claim Notice

To domain name applicants: should be real time plus email messages from
Registry to Registrar; Registry decides the wording.

To trademark owners: by TMCH

Not sure about the meaning of "Claim check"?

Hong
