[Tmch-iag] Slides for IAG call #2

I won't make the call but offer these comments.

 

I generally support comments of Keith Barritt and John McElwaine.  I prefer
'records' as the most generic and factually accurate name for TMC records,
which will be recorded in the TMC by rightsholders.

 

Re Richard Tindal's comments, can't TMC be setup to accommodate both
real-time and delayed verification, at option of the registrar/registry?

 

Disagree with comment of Thomas Indelicarto that it would not be appropriate
for registry to provide registrant claim notice.  This should be left to the
registry, who may have direct contractual relationship with registrant.
