All,

I mentioned this on the call on Tuesday, and would like to add it as
an assumption if agreeable:

8. The solution will take into consideration the existing practices
and currently deployed uses of RDAP.

The idea here is that whatever we come up with, there should be
consideration of the current RDAP ecosystem, mostly employeed by the
RIRs but there are some ccTLDs with RDAP services.
