I like TSG-1. But I'm good with them all too.

If you really want to get fancy, then you could put the date in. TSG-2018
And if you want to give people a panic, epoch seconds since inception
TSG-1543669922 :)

Steve is right. ICANN does need a document system. I'm kinda surprised
one doesn't exist already.
