[TSG-Access-RD] Gustavo joining

Colleagues,

I wanted to let you know that my colleague Gustavo Lozano (copied here), who most of you I believe already know, has joined to support TSG team in a manner similar to what John and I are doing. Unfortunately, he is unable to join us next week in DC, but he will be in this mailing list and should be able to join our second in person meeting and in Kobe.
