[TSG-Access-RD] Draft Technical Model next steps

I've added one comment to the "Background" section.



I'd like to keep the "Conventions" text up front. It helps explain what people are reading in the rest of the document.



I can do two hours on Tuesday.

Thanks for all your work in the last couple days to the Draft Technical Model<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UWhYqRRc61-YCQwWC_LoT_6T9wBQZmeYnpOgRise458/edit>. We've made a lot of progress. I want to draw your attention to a few points and lay out a course of action for the next few days, so that we can publish the Draft Technical Model by Wednesday:



*       I have worked with our comms team to draft an executive summary to precede a section I have now called "Background," which largely draws from the Team Charter's introduction and background sections. I would appreciate your input on these sections.
*       Following the Background section is the "Conventions used in this document." I wonder if this ought to be incorporated into a glossary or reference section? Or perhaps combine it with the references section at the end of the document?
*       There are many other substantive comments and questions throughout the document that are unresolved. Given the substance of the comments, I'd like to poll the group on whether there are objections to extending your Tuesday, 5 March call to 120 minutes? Please reply to the list to let us know.
