[TSG-Access-RD] TSG Final F2F meeting, work pending

TSG members:

I hope you had a safe trip back from Kobe and are mostly over jetlag (I’m
still in the final stages of that).



We had discussed in Kobe a desire to setup a 3 day face to face meeting as
our final session. However, looking at the volume of comments that have
come in, and the fact that none of the comments seem to warrant a wholesale
change in the model we have envisioned, it seems to me that we should be
able to complete our work in 2 focused and energetic days.



As a result, I’d like to propose that we meet face to face on April 15 and
16. PLEASE SPEAK UP if you believe we need to add the third day back.



Second, we had a discussion about meeting in London vs. in Washington DC.
Looking at the costs of travel, etc., we are going to be constrained to
meet in Washington DC, at the ICANN offices. Diana will send out
information on being able to work with FCM to make travel arrangements.



Given that this will be our last meeting, I hope all of you will make the
trip, and that we wrap this work in a proper way.



Separately, I’ll ask Diana to send out a poll on Item 13 of the Charter, so
we can get to consensus on that issue.



Finally, we agreed to do work on the document in the aftermath of the ICANN
meeting. It would be good if you could schedule some time and prioritize
the work. We have 3 calls prior to our F2F and it would be valuable to move
the document closer to final by that time.
