Gordon thanks to you and Bill on this. I'm at this moment working on
the notes for the At-Large Social Media Strategy which I'll hope to
post to the list in a few hours

In the meantime, you and anyone else can go and the TTF wiki. I've
done a rough template of how I think we should document the
communication and collaboration software tools At-Large uses for Skype
at https://community.icann.org/x/nAsQAg

Are these headings/sections good enough? Do we need more?
