Indeed a summary can be put on the wiki. A proposed master table of web
conferencing features is up at
https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/Comparison+of+webconferencing+solutions
and
open to suggestions as to other features that should be included, removed
or modified by the next TTF call by August 19, 2013
