[technology taskforce] DIAL OUT? / Monthly Technology Taskforce WG call

My apologies for missing the call as well. We had some connectivity issues
in Guyana this morning. I have been also assigned to complete the document
template for the tools used in the ALAC workforce. I should have that done
by the end of the week.
