Dear Reed Quinn.

I've looked at the Bing Translate plugin on
https://community.icann.org/x/GQeuAg and it does work in translating the
wiki page.

I think some whitespace between the plugin and the wiki menu needs to be
done at the minimum. See below

I'm also thinking that the translate plugin could be right-aligned so that
it would be closer to the wiki page title as shown below

but I'll appreciate other TTF members thoughts on this right-alignment.

Another question, another option for machine translation would be the
Google Translate widget. Was there a technical reason for not doing so?
