[technology taskforce] TTF proposal to ICANN for FY17 - Fixing the bugs in ICANN’s machine translation tool used for the LACRALO mailing lists

Bill and I both support this proposal.

I would only suggest a bit more firm statement about the fact that this
tool is needed by other regions as well - in particular Africa and the
Asia Pacific regions.
