Hi Folks

In a recent discussion on the NCUC  list we saw a serious backlash to the
arbitrary use of FACEBOOK for the ICANN Fellows.
This was retracted but its illustrative of the lack of awareness of issues
facing many folks that don't have access to Facebook or  have serious
concerns about  Facebook rules
