[technology taskforce] RTT confirmed on Monday's TTF call

Real Time Transcription (RTT) is confirmed on Monday’s Technology Taskforce call at 15:00 UTC.

RTT will only be available through the Adobe Connect room – there will be no RTT streaming like with last years Captioning pilot project.
