[twochar_comments] Opposition to the request of the : "c1"

Dear ICANN staff,
With regard to the Appendix 1 of the “Authorization for release of all Digit/Digit, Letter/Digit and Digit Letter two-character ascii labels at the second level”, the Government of Côte d'Ivoire requests that ICANN should not proceed with the delegation of “c1" label (the letter "c" following the number “1” )  because it can unduly creat a confusion with the CCTLD "ci".
