[twochar_comments] Position on releasing “CN” at the second level under New gTLDs

Dear ICANN staff,

With regards to releasing “cn” at the second level under New gTLDs, we have concern that it may create confusion with the “.cn” as ccTLD. We need further study on the pros and cons of the release of "cn" at the second level under New gTLDs.
 
At present stage, we would ask ICANN not to proceed with releasing “CN” at the second level under all New gTLDs.
