Starke County, Indiana moves from Central to Eastern

Yesterday's Washington Post had an article on the switch of Starke County,
Indiana from Central to Eastern time; the change is accounted for below.

The article runs about twenty column inches of text, and also includes a map
of Indiana time zones and a photo of the Hoosiers who duked it out over whether
to make the switch.  Much of the article is concerned with the political
process.
