The problem is that they decided to change the clocks back a week earlier
than normal this year, thus screwing up all Unix systems time tables, not just
HPs. I believe that next year it will be changed again so that Britain changes
over at the same time as the rest of Europe, so you'll have to edit the tztab
all over again.
