SunOS 5.4 (Solaris 2.4) zoneinfo files are taken from tzdata94d.  There should
be a patch available that will update this to tzdata95c (I think).  We still
need to update our zic to compile some of the latest zoneinfo files (like
europe) as well as fix zdump, which we (I) :-( broke in 2.4.
