Daylight savings time in New Zealand

As I sit here and change all my other clocks, I would like to let y'all know
that New Zealand changed its DST rules this year; instead of NZDT 02:59:59
becoming NZST 02:00:00, NZDT 01:59:59 now -> NZST 01:00:00.  I'm afraid that I
can't point you to any confirmatory articles, but apparently it was only
decided a few weeks ago...
