Terrorist bombing botched due to daylight saving time error?

Barbara Demick of Knight Ridder reports that the recent botched car
bombings in Israel may have blown up those planting the bombs because
they forgot to take into account the time difference between the West
Bank, which still observes DST, and Israel, which reverted to standard
