Hello, my name is Fabián L. Arce Jofré, and I'm from Argentina, and this e-mail
message is for tell you about the time zone change in Argentina recently -- the
law that established DST was derogated recently due to an evaluation of the
government about more waste of energy than  before.
I cut the Argentina part in the southamerica file and send it separately, I
think it's the best way.
I corrected the time zone data and the name of a district, Distrito Federal (DF)
for Capital Federal (CF), the correct name in Argentina.
