Some older Summer Time Orders now online

Some British Government web sites have lately been getting older
publications online (mainly so far, I think, data they already had in
electronic form but was only available if at all on expensive CD-ROMs or
subscription databases) - including Acts back to 1988, Statutory
Instruments back to 1987 and Hansard back to 1988.  Accordingly, my web
page now links to the Summer Time Orders 1988, 1989, 1992 and 1994.
