Thanks for the info.  I'll assume that the transitions are at 02:00
unless you say otherwise.

Thanks for this info too.  Never a dull moment in Santo Domingo....

I had just updated the tables for Tonga and the Dominican Republic
from Steffen Thorsen's email but your info appears to be more
up-to-date, so I'll go with it now.
