Attached are the context diffs of the 'asia' file of tzdata2000a.tar.gz
showing the start/end dates of Daylight Savings Time in Israel from 2000
until 2002 inclusive. As the comment in the file notes, the end date of
2000 and both dates for 2001 and 2002 are pending final approval.
