Israel Timezone -- Changes for 2000-2002 and New Dates for 2003-2004

On July 19, 2000, the Israeli Parliament [Knesset] has passed a statute
amending the dates for 2000-2002 and setting new dates for 2003-2004.
Attached are the context diffs of the 'asia' file of tzdata2000d.tar.gz
showing the start/end dates of Daylight Savings Time in Israel from 2000
until 2004 inclusive.
