What about the contemptible UTC+12:45 of the Chatham Islands, and
UTC+05:45 of Nepal? And what about UTC+13:00 (Tonga), UTC+13:45 (the
Chatham Islands in Summer), and UTC+14:00 (far eastern Kiribati)?
