Certainly not complete, by far. Where's Nepal, Lord Howe Island, the 
Chatham Islands, Burma (a.k.a. Myanmar), Cocos Islands, Norfolk 
Island, Marquesas Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Afganistan, ...?

Where did these come from? Compare:
