Paul,
I'm sorry I didn't answer before... I've been in bed for about 10 days and I
only check mail at work...
I understand what you say and your patch seems to be the most reasonable
thing to do... anyway at the last moment, the time zone for Argentina didn't
change yesterday (and it won't do so for the foreseeable future).
Last Friday (yes, the last working day before the date of the change), the
Senate nulled the 1999 Law that introduced the changes later posponed.

It remains the vote of the Deputies (kinda "the House"), but it will be the
same.
Sorry for the noise... but at least, I said in advance that this kind of
things had allways been done this way in Argentina.
We are still -03:00 all year round in all of the Country.
