Regional Time Zone:Daylight Savings Time/set clocks ahead 1 hour 3/30/02

  Dear Sirs: I have a new computer which used to be in a different time zone 
area, I am in upstate NY and am concerned about re-setting my computer 
properly. I have a Compaq/Windows 98 and cannot figure it out. My time is 
incorrect.  Any advise you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
