I have used your time zone converter and I have to point out some
errors.  There is not such time zone as Canada/Saskatchewan and
Canada/East Saskatchewan.  As of the sending of this message the
province of Saskatchewan, in Canada, is on Central Standart Time and we
do not convert to daylight saving time for the summer.
