Year Round Daylight Saving Time?

the latest energy problems have prompted Massacuhsetts to consider year
round Daylight saving time.

cnn.com (under US) has an article:

there is also a reference on the wmal.com web page (WMAL is a washington
area radio station).

I have not found any other references although I have not really looked
very hard.
