German Iofis is not on the time zone mailing list; direct replies
appropriately.
(Note that "E-EurAsia" is used even in the most recent version of the "asia"

When I`m setting timezone for Kazakhstan, I`m use file asia under Solaris 8
04/01 from dir: /usr/share/lib/timezone/src.
This file not correct in part where discribed lower:
