Hello,
After a lot of political fuzz, DST was suddenly reestablished in Estonia
just a bit more than a month before the actual switchover date.
According to Government's regulation no. 84 (2002-02-21,
VVm RT I 2002, 22, 127). The funny side is that this regulation is
fundamentally broken and all those people are blindly going to follow
what was written in a press release by Government's Press Office. ;-)
