...are now available. These include the changes I recently circulated on the
time zone mailing list
(primarily code changes) as well as the changes circulated by Paul Eggert
(primarily data changes).
There are also minor changes to "Makefile" and "northamerica" (in the latter
case,
Optimization of the "Toronto" rules).
