Ewwww.   Yuck.  Please don't.  Subject lines are for subjects.

You can filter the TZ list quite nicely by using the "Resent-From" 
header or the presence of tz at lecserver.nci.nih.gov as a recipient.  No 
reason to pollute the subject line.
