Hi,

When you must have an official confirmation of the Brazilian government on the beginning and the end of the summer time 2003/2004, and which the states will go to have the summer time? 
It starts day 19 of October of 2003 and goes until the 14 of February of 2004.

When you go you are bringing up to date the southamerica archive? He has 3 states that this year will not go to have summer schedule. How they will be these changes?
